We want you to be completely satisfied with your Poupette St Barth purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
